DAM Capital Advisors Limited ("DAM Capital") is a Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI)-registered entity offering a wide range of financial solutions. DAM Capital was originally incorporated as "S. S. Kantilal Ishwarlal Sharebrokers and Investors Private Limited" on May 7, 1993 under the Companies Act, 1956. The company was incorporated in Bombay, India. The Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra at Mumbai (RoC) issued a certificate of incorporation. The name was changed to "S. S. Kantilal Ishwarlal Securities Private Limited" following a special resolution of the shareholders on March 26, 1994, and a fresh certificate of incorporation was issued by the RoC on April 22, 1994.
DAM Capital provides a wide range of financial solutions, broken down into two key areas:
Merchant Banking. This includes:

- mergers and acquisitions (M&A)
- private equity (PE)
- structured finance advisory
- Institutional Equities. This includes:
- broking
- research
DAM Capital focuses on the Indian capital markets. They leverage their deep domain knowledge across sectors and products, along with their team's experience, to provide strategic advisory and capital markets solutions to a diverse clientele.These clients include:
DAM Capital's institutional equities business comprises 29 employees in research and 34 in broking. As of October 31, 2024, they service 263 active clients
